RUSD Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Marketing & Communications Specialist to lead and execute marketing initiatives across our technology solutions and value-added reseller business in the NYC metro area. This is an independent contributor role requiring strong ownership, creativity, and the ability to operate with minimal supervision.

The successful candidate will develop and manage social media content, marketing campaigns, email communications, and digital outreach efforts that strengthen brand awareness and support business growth. They will independently design and produce marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, presentations, event materials, and promotional content that effectively communicate RUSD Solutions’ technology offerings and partner solutions.

This role will represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events, requiring occasional travel within the US. Responsibilities include independently planning, coordinating, and staffing conference booths; engaging prospective customers and partners; identifying sales opportunities; and effectively communicating the value of RUSD Solutions’ products and services.

The ideal candidate stays current with emerging marketing technologies, AI-driven tools, demand-generation techniques, and evolving digital engagement strategies. They are skilled at identifying buying signals across multiple channels, leveraging modern marketing platforms to generate leads, and supporting business development efforts through data-driven outreach and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across social media, email, web, and event channels.
  • Design professional marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, case studies, and event collateral.
  • Independently coordinate and manage company participation at conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Represent RUSD Solutions professionally when engaging prospects, clients, vendors, and strategic partners.
  • Identify and act on customer buying signals using modern marketing, CRM, and lead-generation platforms.
  • Monitor technology industry trends and emerging tools to improve marketing effectiveness and market positioning.
  • Support business development initiatives through lead generation, prospect engagement, and customer follow-up activities.
  • Collaborate directly with company leadership to align marketing efforts with growth objectives.
  • Track campaign performance and recommend improvements based on data and market feedback.
